eagles and hawks in Africa

This is a bateleur eagle. This is a quite large eagle. Its round-shaped body is very distinctive in flight.

When I was shooting this bird, I thought it was a pigmy falcon. But pigmy falcon does not have such a white head. So I now wonder what is this.
